Our ‘Amino’ products (such as Aminoboost) are a complete concept to optimize protein utilization. The rumen environment is controlled in such a way that more microbial crude protein is produced and less ammonia and (milk) urea are formed. In addition, protected amino acids ensure an optimal amino acid profile.

This inherently reduces nitrogen emissions per kilogram of milk, but you can deploy this concept in two ways:

1. Lowering the protein content of the ration while maintaining production results. By needing to feed less soybean meal or protein concentrate, feed costs will decrease.
2. Adding it on top of the ration (including ration optimization) to improve production results. This will increase the feed margin.
